The Red Hat Global Learning Services (GLS) team is looking for a Business Development Manager to join us in Bangalore, India. In this role, you will manage enterprise business by working with enterprise partners in the India region. You'll primarily work with partners to enable them and bring business, including booking and revenue, by consistently monitoring partners and developing them for more business. As a Business Development Manager, you'll need to have a willingness to travel and relevant work experience.
Primary job responsibilities
Apply your understanding of all of the Red Hat GLS offerings and the pricing system for each course and respective modalities
Share the right pricing with partners and support them consistently to increase business
Enable the partner sales team and continuously support them to increase business
Enable the partner trainers and increase the revenue and delivery month on month
Travel to each of the partners regularly and support them by providing customer engagement and also accompanying them for customer meetings
Manage the Red Hat Salesforce.com (SFDC) for sales numbers regularly and call the forecast accurately week after week
Bachelor's degree and a professional degree with educational sales experience or a relevant partner management experience of 5+ years
