Red Hat Practice Accelerator Lead - APAC in Bangalore, India

Red Hat (RH) is looking for a high-caliber, experienced, and motivated technologist, a leader who possesses a unique balance of technical depth, business acumen, strategic thinking and strong interpersonal skills to launch and scale a project with strategic significance and high exposure. In this role you are responsible for RH top-tier services partners to construct highly differentiated and robust services offerings that accelerate our ability to innovate and address joint-business customers' needs and solve problems. As a trusted partner advocate, you will work to understand partners’ capabilities and provide guidance and leading practices on how to leverage RH technologies and services to augment their GTM with innovative solutions. Vital to this role is the ability to connect technology with measurable business value which help customers grow their businesses.

What you will do

  • Lead a services partnership vision and strategy, business plans, and GTM execution focussed on enhancing partners service delivery capabilities to deliver joint revenue, achieve revenue growth, and drive RH thought leadership in the market.

  • Accelerate GTM efforts: Nurture technical and business relationships RH services with partners to enhance our strategic value, maximize joint opportunities, and enhance profitable long-term growth.

  • Aligning GTM between Red Hat and strategic partners to elevate service delivery, to enhance current selling motions and lay out the path for future customer pipeline.

  • Ensure execution excellence: Build the bridge from long-term partnership strategy to execution, ensuring the entire organization has direction, information, resources and support to successfully execute in the field.

  • Define and track objective key results for service delivery performance, execution excellence, customer and partner satisfaction for the partnership, holding team accountable for performance.

  • Forge trusting partnerships across global, cross-functional teams: engage and align key players and stakeholders, inspire achievement of shared outcomes.

What you will bring

  • 15+ years post-degree technical business development, product management, solution architect, or system engineer experience in high-tech industry, and ecosystem dependent services.

  • Master’s degree in engineering and/or MBA preferred.

  • Ability to think strategically, innovatively and creatively using sound business judgment and quantitative skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss business growth drivers, technical concepts, schedule trade-offs and opportunistic new ideas with leadership of system integrators.

  • Outstanding presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.

  • Experience working closely with partner leadership to create and deliver services codeveloped with a partner.

  • Proven leadership, problem-solving, program management skills, and strong attention to detail.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to prove theories and make decisions.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and generate velocity in a dynamic environment; strong proclivity for action.
