Red Hat Associate Manager, Facilities Operations in Beijing, China

The Red Hat Facilities Operations team is looking for a Associate Manager to join us in Beijing, China. In this role, you will manage the local Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) Facilities Operations team to ensure the success of daily activities and functions including reception, services, programs, shipping, and maintenance. You'll serve in a key role in supporting the rapid growth in our China region.
Primary job responsibilities
Manage and provide direction and guidance to the team to meet and exceed organizational and client needs
Supervise Facilities Operations associates and develop a solid, dynamic team that supports corporate initiatives
Be responsible for Talent Management of your team to include performance review, compensation management
Establish regular meetings and communication for the team to ensure consistency in service delivery and best practices
Engage with local, regional, and global teams to support Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) and other corporate projects and initiatives
Define processes and procedures for responsible offices
Create and review regional budgets within compliance with Red Hat practices
Track offices budgets, resolve variance and suggest changes based on return on investment of expenditures
Evaluate offices programs and ensure quality, service and compliance to defined guidelines
5+ years of solid office management and team lead experience
High performance in delivering excellent customer service
Solid written and verbal communication skills; ability to maintain professional business appearance at all times
Attention to detail; experience in most responsibilities listed above and advanced skills for developing systems and processes for smooth office operations
Motivated with the ability to work with little direct supervision; ability to work as part of a team and to lead it with positive attitude toward resolving challenge
Ability to use office applications and willingness to learn new tools and resources
