The Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Field Marketing team is looking for an experienced Channel Marketing Manager focusing on the Nordic region to join us in Copenhagen, Denmark. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive partner marketing strategy to support the Nordic regional and Red Hat Corporate goals, collaborating with Red Hat and key partner stakeholders. Your role will be a unique combination of strategic and tactical marketing management with focus on achieving measurable results. As a Channel Marketing Manager, you will report into the Nordic Regional Marketing Manager.
Primary job responsibilities
Work closely with channel account managers and partner marketing teams to plan and carry out joint go-to-market campaigns and events
Build close relations with marketing teams and key influencers in top partner organizations to ensure that they are aware and thinking primarily of Red Hat
Collaborate with EMEA partner marketing teams to ensure that local requirements are communicated and that built-in campaigns and tools like Red Hat Partner Marketing Center are successful
Administer comarketing and market development funds (MDF) budgets with specified partners, ensuring compliance with Red Hat’s strategic objectives; knowledge of Ansira is a plus
Ensure proper follow-up and ROI of partner campaigns and events
Plan and develop digital campaigns to generate branding, awareness, and leads
Develop partner-specific case-studies and references to maintain continued momentum
Support the team in conducting partner-specific joint PR initiatives
Propose and carry out specific awareness and demand generation activities targeted at the mid market and small and medium businesses (SMB) segments
Manage processes through proper customer relationship management (CRM) and automation systems like Salesforce.com (SFDC), Eloqua, Outfit, Oracle Procurement, Allocadia, Ansira, etc.
Bachelor of science in business, marketing, or a related field
5+ years of experience working in partner or channel marketing for B2B IT or technology companies
Solid knowledge of the IT ecosystem, including distributors, system integrators (SIs), independent software vendors (ISVs),etc.
Experience working closely with sales, channel, technical, customer, and management teams
Understanding of critical marketing success metrics and KPIs
Proficient in online and digital marketing implementation and understanding of the latest B2B customer engagement tactics; social media and integrated campaign skills or experience are a plus
Solid focus on results; proactive and assertive attitude
Ability to work as part of a team; proven record of working effectively with cross-functional teams
Good communication and presentation skills in English and one Scandinavian language
Motivated with passion for technology
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple ongoing projects; comfortable with ambiguity
Organized and resourceful
Well suited to high-growth, dynamic environments
