The Red Hat Enterprise Sales team is looking for an Inside Sales Account Representative to join us in Frankfurt or Munich, Germany. In this role, you will be supporting the account manager with large deals and manage other opportunities on your own. This includes selling, coordinating different stakeholders, and working with Salesforce.com (SFDC) to guide the opportunity through the complete sales cycle. As an Inside Sales Account Representative, you will work collaboratively with multicultural internal and external teams to improve business and create solutions that serve both Red Hat and our top-tier German customers.
Primary job responsibilities
Work together with a key account manager on dedicated accounts and support or create upsell
Sell Red Hat’s offerings, systems, and services via telephone or electronic means to customers in assigned accounts
Close sales on offerings, systems, or services
Make sales through multichannel, inbound, or outbound sales activities
Coordinate communication to support other teams, including bid desk and legal
Lead qualification for dedicated key accounts
Be responsible for forecasting quality and pipeline and opportunity management
Be responsible for tracking customer data in customer-relationship management (CRM) tools
Sell offerings over the phone and generate new business generation for dedicated key accounts via phone
Prepare complex bids and contracts
Build trusted relationships with our customers
Demonstrated understanding of the sales processes
Demonstrated ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
Thorough technical knowledge of offerings, systems, and services
Attention to detail; ability to prioritize job tasks and work on multiple projects at the same time
Ability to build long-term relationships with customers by establishing trust and credibility
