The Red Hat Sales team is looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join us in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this role, you will sell our offerings and solutions to customers in the financial services industry and state-owned enterprise. You'll be responsible for promoting sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing booking numbers. In addition, you will develop and maintain relationships within assigned accounts and sell Red Hat’s offerings and professional services. You’ll need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You’ll also need the ability to understand and define customer issues and the ability to demonstrate how Red Hat's offerings and solutions can solve these.
Primary job responsibilities
Create and implement account plans to ensure that short and long-term revenue goals are met
Develop and close sustainable bookings across technology lines
Accurately forecast and close sales in alignment with company goals
Understand customer business issues and demonstrate how to solve them using Red Hat’s solutions and services
Find new opportunities within your assigned territory
Work closely with your extended Red Hat team and external partners to identify key projects, programs, and offices to sell Red Hat’s solutions to
Become a trusted adviser for senior IT and business executives
Accurately forecast and close sales in alignment with the company goals
8+ years of field sales experience in the financial services industry and state-owned enterprise with a demonstrated record of success
4+ years of experience selling enterprise software and solutions; knowledge of middleware or cloud infrastructure software solutions is a plus
Proven record of working closely with customers to produce solutions that exceed their business expectations in a rapidly evolving technology domain
Experience in consultative customer engagement with a major enterprise software company or in the sales division of an enterprise software reseller
Ability to maintain a solutions-sales mentality in an environment with multiple offerings and services
Ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain comprehensive technological strategies to a wide range of decision makers within an organization, including technical, business, and C-level audiences
