Red Hat Data Information Analyst in Pune, India

Help contribute to one of Red Hat’s most important customer and partner-facing programs, the Subscription Education and Awareness Program (SEAP). The Red Hat Sales Finance team is looking for a Data Information Analyst to join us in Pune, India. In this role, you will support SEAP representatives from the data front, including mainly data validation, customer reconciliation, reporting, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs). You’ll need to have excellent analytical skills, as you will be resolving all data quality deficiencies, improving data entry practices and creating process design strategies. As a Data Information Analyst, you’ll need to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and be committed to contributing to Red Hat's operational success.
Primary job responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional groups, understand various SEAP processes, adopt best practices, and help global team streamline wherever possible
Quickly produce ad hoc reports and analytics in an effective manner
Perform quick validation and data reconciliation-type activities to support renewal operations
Prepare QBR reports with different KPIs for the leadership team
Bachelor's degree in computer science or statistics with 5+ years of experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to take complex business logic and translate it into functional systems logic
Spreadsheet skills with proven experience managing large data sets and preparing various reports and dashboards for executives
Rich experience building reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com (SFDC)
Willingness to consistently work extended hours during periods of high demand, e.g., quarter or year end; this may include weekends
