The Red Hat Global Services Marketing team is looking for a Manager to join us in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will create content and programs in support of key verticals, accounts, and application-focused solution areas for Red Hat’s consulting. You’ll work closely with solution managers and practice leads from corporate and product marketing and sales teams to support the Global Services Marketing team’s charter in building internal and external awareness of Red Hat’s consulting and in increasing solutions demand. As a Manager, you will work alongside services marketing team to author content and design and to deliver pipeline-generating initiatives, as well as a multi-channel, solution-focused message to the market.
Primary job responsibilities
Collaborate with subject matter experts on authoring and editing original content for both internal and external use
Build strategic communication plans for key solutions, verticals, and accounts
Develop thought leadership content and work within services practice areas to market consulting expertise and build awareness for specific solution practices
Establish and maintain cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders and team members across four geographies
Create and realize multi-channel marketing tactics, programs, and campaigns in conjunction with regional field teams and proactively provide insights on how to refine or tweak tactics to support go-to-market (GTM) goals
Coordinate global presales and thought leadership activities
Maintain global pipeline for Red Hat consulting
Identify key corporate campaign integration points
Conduct market and competitive analysis and research to inform planning activities
Oversee the production of individual creative projects across internal and external vendors
Bachelor of Science degree in marketing, business, or related field
5-7+ years of experience in the technology industry
Experience running and managing digital-focused programs
Ability to take initiative; resourceful and proactive contributor and collaborator
Passion for writing; samples of your writing will be required
Solid interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to manage large workloads and meet deadlines
Strategic and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret research and data
