Job summary

The Red Hat Consulting team is looking for a Partner Program Manager to join us in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will work with Services leaders and the Partner program owner to track and monitor partner program success and partner enablement activities. You’ll also assist the team with skills and capacity planning in regards to the pipeline of future Consulting projects. As a Partner Program Manager, you’ll need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to support multiple teams and regions for Red Hat's fast-growing Services team. Preferred metropolitan areas where the role can be located are Raleigh, NC and Tysons Corner, VA.

Primary job responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a summary dashboard that reports actual partner and subcontractor usage per region and partner

  • Provide weekly updates on forecasted partner usage per region and partner

  • Create and maintain strategic partner dashboards for each partner that list partner associates, their skill sets and enablement activities, active projects, and customer feedback

  • Assist with the planning and coordination of partner enablement activities

  • Create a skills and capacity plan for the Consulting team, including partners and internal associates

  • Perform ongoing analysis and planning of internal vs. partner resourcing mix

  • Track partner program actions

  • Assist with management and stakeholder communications

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 3+ years of experience in a Consulting or Services team

  • Experience with partner and subcontracting programs

  • Reporting and analytics skills

  • Basic project management skills; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus

  • Results-oriented and motivated; sense of personal accountability

  • Good communication and presentation skills; demonstrated ability to interact successfully with various stakeholders and customers
