RedHat Senior Analyst, Global Sales Operations in Raleigh, North Carolina
The Red Hat Global Sales Operations team is looking for a Senior Analyst to join us in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will be a core part of the sales incentive plan design process for the global Red Hat Sales and Services organization. You will also provide operational leadership on key go-to-market initiatives by delivering the necessary analytics, reporting, and management infrastructure. You’ll need to have extensive experience partnering with sales, a solid analytics toolset, and an exceptional history of collaborating cross-functionally to deliver results.
Primary job responsibilities
Develop analytical frameworks and models to inform coverage decisions and optimize quota deployment
Partner cross-functionally to develop and standardize analytics that will enable higher sales productivity
Manage sales incentive plan analytics projects that will guide the overall incentive plan design recommendations
Work across geographies to improve global consistency in sales roles and sales incentive plans
Provide analytics and reporting support for key go-to-market initiatives including managing large data sets, building Salesforce.com (SFDC) reports, and building financial models
Manage ad-hoc global sales operations initiatives as needed
10+ years of sales operations or sales incentives experience, ideally in the enterprise software industry
Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a distributed, global, and multicultural organization
Business acumen and skills to engage business leaders on business terms and deliver business solutions
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with excellent presentation skills
Analytical and process-oriented mindset
Motivated problem solver with the ability to independently manage priorities
Advanced experience with SFDC and spreadsheets
