Red Hat Senior Global Process Analyst in Raleigh, North Carolina

The Red Hat Global Transformation and Operations team is looking for a Senior Global Process Analyst to join us in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will ensure that the processes and compliance are designed correctly so that they will achieve set goals. You’ll report directly to the Global Purchase to Pay Process Owner (GPO). You'll need to have a deep passion for and experience with continuously improving processes and enabling automation to meet the needs of a growing business while optimizing productivity. You'll also need to have a demonstrated ability to engage with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
Primary job responsibilities
Implement controls, test scripts, and supporting documents within purchase-to-pay (auditing)
Review and update key business controls (Sox)
Perform timely remediation of control deficiencies and observations
Ensure compliance with relevant business policies and controls across purchase-to-pay (Oracle, Concur, source-to-pay systems, purchasing card, and corporate credit card)
Support purchase-to-pay processes with upstream and downstream processes, optimizing end-to-end
Proficiently diagnose and identify process problems, needs, and opportunities to improve
Define and prioritize improvements, ensuring alignment with process vision, strategy, and goals
Build sustainable organizational capability through effective teaching and coaching
Coordinate and manage work assignments; communicate and overcome barriers to deliver expected outcomes
Provide a model of professionalism and operate in the spirit of teamwork and trust; promote a responsive, supportive, and open environment
Provide functional oversight for purchase-to-pay process delivery within the global shared service center in Pune, India
Support key global projects within the Purchase to Pay team
5-8 years of experience and a Chartered Accountant (CA), Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), or Chartered Institute of
Management Accountants (CIMA) certification
Excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills; solid proofreading skills to ensure that all materials are of high quality and accurate
Excellent problem-solving skills
Proven ability to quickly gain insight into business needs
Positive attitude and demonstrated professional integrity
Significant experience preparing as-is and to-be process documentation and performing detailed gap analyses
Well-versed in agile methodologies
Experience preparing end user documentation and conducting end user training
Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
Business process manager experience is a plus
