The Red Hat Operations team is looking for a Business Process Analyst to join us in Singapore. In this role, you will work with our Asia Pacific (APAC) Sales Operations team to help guide business improvement across the organization. You’ll work with cross-functional stakeholders regionally and globally to map business process (against system functionality) and on change management and guide process standardization and improvements. You’ll need to be experienced in sales tools like Salesforce.com (SFDC), CPQ, and CLM. As a Business Process Analyst, you will analyze existing operational processes that support the sales cycle and support the implementation of new sales tools and processes, as well as establish a continuous improvement framework to ensure that our processes support our changing sales models, rapid growth, and increasing sales of our offerings.
Primary job responsibilities
Be involved in global program for sales tool deployment, the business process, requirement gathering, change management, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training
Work with the global IT team for system enhancements and fixes with APAC requirements and priorities
Coordinate UAT activities across multiple business and technical teams
Support management of business processes and governance by evaluating and mapping existing business processes and systems using process mapping tools
Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and standardization
Contribute to the development of a sustainable continuous process improvement framework to increase sales and operational efficiency
Analyze data related to business processes and create basic reporting and metrics
Provide administrative support to the APAC Sales team (SFDC, CPQ, and CLM), including lead and opportunity management and quoting cases
Troubleshoot issues with existing processes and systems
Conduct sales training and enablement
Support launches of new tools and other APAC and global operations initiatives and activities
Work on a variety of operational activities, especially quarter-end support
6-10 years experience working as a business analyst or sales operations analyst with commercial experience with a vendor, reseller, or distributor in sales operations, supporting SFDC; CPQ or CLM are a plus
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science; MBA is a plus
Experience working with international teams and projects
Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
Willingness to work extended hours during periods of high demand
Experience evaluating data, working with reporting tools, and reviewing SQL is a plus
Lean Six Sigma and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications are a plus
