The Red Hat Talent Center of Excellence (CoE) team is looking for an Employment Branding and Marketing Specialist to join us in Brisbane, Australia or Singapore. In this role, you will report into the Director of Employment Branding who is based in the United States. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of Red Hat's internal and external activities that promote our company culture and our employment brand. You’ll play an important role in sharing via social media, employment branding events, and recruitment marketing channels our creative and compelling content to support our rapid growth. As an Employment Branding and Marketing Specialist, you will also be responsible for the project planning, budgeting, analysis and reporting on all campaign results. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with demonstrated success in executing creative marketing and branding campaigns, social media campaigns, industry conference experiences, and events.
Primary job responsibilities
Carry out the global employment brand strategy for the Asia Pacific (APAC) region and guide the Employment Branding team’s activities and recruitment marketing in the APAC region
Serve as a brand ambassador, consult and connect local Talent Acquisition (TA) and People (HR) team partners as well as various business stakeholders to plan go-to-market integrated brand and communication strategies
Use regional social media outlets to share content and grow awareness of the employment brand for the organization
Orchestrate the implementation of the brand strategy with a multi-tier approach from conferences and events to social media campaigns and webinars
Plan regional event strategy in alignment with global events strategy and necessary support models to ensure powerful presence and smooth operations
Collaborate with local people team partners to translate corporate content into country-specific content and material (blog, video, and photo) for different APAC markets
Ensure that employment brand is in alignment with and complimentary to Red Hat’s corporate brand
3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role (employment branding or employment marketing) in an international environment
Experience with marketing activities like events, campus and university outreach, and social media campaigns
Creative thinking skills; ability to explore and implement a modern or unconventional approach to solving problems
Fluent written and verbal language skills in English
Project management experience in global cross-functional teams
Outstanding problem-solving, creative writing, communication, and presentation skills
Motivated with the ability to perform well under pressure
