Red Hat Manager, HR Shared Service Operations in Singapore, Singapore
The Red Hat People team is seeking a Service Delivery Manager within the People Infrastructure Shared Services team to join us in Singapore. In this role, you will oversee the delivery of Human Resource Shared Services to Red Hat’s APAC associates by establishing and implementing new service delivery processes, as well as monitoring and improving existing processes. As part of managing the service delivery, you will be responsible for ensuring processes are efficient, compliant, and accessible. As a Service Delivery Manager, you'll also provide general oversight for regional employees involved in the Shared Services delivery process.
The Red Hat People (HR) team is looking for a Manager of HR shared services to join us in Singapore. In this role, you will oversee the delivery of HR shared services to Red Hat’s Asia Pacific (APAC) associates by establishing and implementing new service delivery processes, as well as monitoring and improving existing processes. Apart from managing the service delivery, you will also be responsible for ensuring that processes are efficient, compliant, and accessible. As a Manager of HR shared services, you'll also provide general oversight for regional employees involved in the shared services delivery process.
Primary job responsibilities
Work with the APAC HR and global shared services leadership teams to establish, implement, monitor, and document HR service delivery
Develop, implement, and monitor the service delivery of HR shared services in APAC, ensuring compliance, quality, efficiency, and accuracy
Manage daily activities of the APAC shared services team, ensure that services meet internal and external customer requirements by providing direction, guidance, support, and problem resolution
Measure the effectiveness of services provided by shared services in order to meet the needs of internal and external customers and achieve long-term customer satisfaction
Track functional metrics, communicate results to HR partners, and report on trends
Oversee communication and engagement when implementing new e-services and provide information about shared services during the transition
Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience working in a shared services environment; HR environment is a plus
Demonstrated team management or leadership experience
Ability to establish cross-functional relationships across all levels of the organization
Solid understanding of company HR policies and procedures, including regulatory compliance requirements
Willingness to work in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment
Excellent written, verbal, and electronic communication skills
