The Red Hat Operations team is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join us in Singapore. In this role, you will work closely with the Partner Sales team to implement partner-led initiatives. You’ll work on projects with a global team to increase consistency and represent the Asia Pacific (APAC) in the global conversations. You will serve as a business adviser for partner businesses, working on system and process enhancements. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you’ll need to have a background in office systems and commercial sales operations experience.
Primary job responsibilities
Enable sales teams and partners
Support Tier 1 partner helpdesk for all partner-related queries like on-boarding, FCPA checks, requalifications, etc.
Provide operational support for partner-led initiatives and projects like deal registration, non-functional requirements (NFR), rebates, forecast placeholders, etc.
Work on system and process enhancements; refine current systems and processes to increase efficiency
Serve as a business adviser for partner businesses
Contribute to channel-related global projects
Bachelor's degree in business or information technology (IT); equivalent training and industry experience will also be considered
5+ years of commercial sales operations experience with a vendor, reseller, or distributor
Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
Background in office systems like groupware, spreadsheets, word processing, and presentations tools
Experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC) automation tools, customer-relationship management (CRM) and partner-relationship management tools, etc.
