The Red Hat Asia Pacific (APAC) Talent Acquisition (TA) team is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us in Singapore. In this role, you will partner closely with TA recruiters and hiring managers to identify and assess outstanding talent for Red Hat. You’ll play a full life cycle and advisory recruitment role for sales, presales, and consulting recruitment across Southeast Asia. For this role, you’ll need to be detail-oriented with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment.
Primary job responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and conduct effective job briefs
Play a full life cycle and advisory recruitment role for sales, presales, and consulting positions in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Philippines
Manage candidate interviews and selection journeys by identifying a tell-sell-close strategy; provide positive candidate experience and propose competitive offers
Adopt the Right for Red Hat interview and selection processes
Solid customer focus and persuasion skills; detail-oriented
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment
Experience partnering with senior stakeholders in a complex matrixed structure
Broad understanding of recruitment trends and strategies
Experience with recruiting in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Philippines markets
4+ years of recruitment experience for sales, presales, or consulting talent in enterprise software companies or agencies
Experience with competency-based interviewing
