RedHat Senior Key Account Manager - Sweden (Stockholm Office) in Stockholm, Sweden
The Red Hat Sales team is looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to join us in Stockholm, Sweden. With IBM and Red Hat joining forces, our market potential to end-customers has multiplied. In this role, you will be assigned key accounts of Red Hat within Sweden. Together with a dedicated team of solutions architects and inside sales associates, you will build long-lasting relationships and expand our business in these accounts. You will oversee all aspects of sales, including prospecting, contract development, price negotiations and closing. As a Senior Key Account Manager, you'll gain an understanding of customer business and technology environments and suggest solutions from Red Hat’s portfolio to provide a competitive advantage. You’ll collaborate with internal Red Hat teams to ensure the sales and delivery of Red Hat’s solutions to customers.
Primary job responsibilities
Position and sell Red Hat's solutions and services within your assigned accounts and establish yourself as a trusted advisor
Create sales plans for new business development and guide the extended sales team to maximize revenue and growth; meet performance and sales goals
Own and coordinate the entire sales cycle from lead development to providing technical and administrative information, demonstrations, and price quotes for our offerings
Forecast and close sales in line with personal and company goals
Understand customer business and technology challenges and communicate Red Hat’s value proposition to executives
Several years of sales management experience with a demonstrated record of success in an enterprise software company
Broad customer contact network and social networking background
Understanding of complete sales cycle management from prospecting to closing
Solutions sales mentality combined with a new business focus in an environment with multiple solutions and services
Experience generating sales leads and ability to speak with C-level executives
Technical knowledge of automation, application development, middleware, and cloud-based solutions; passion for open source technology
Ability to handle various customer situations and enable others by leading by example
Ability to work both as part of a team and on your own and to make decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English
