Red Hat Senior Consultant - OpenShift (France) in France
The Red Hat Consulting team is looking for an OpenShift Consultant to join us near Paris (Ile de France), Rennes, Lyon or Toulouse in France. In this role, you will guide the adoption of Red Hat's solutions with a focus on Red Hat OpenShift in our key enterprise accounts. You'll win the trust and confidence of the customer engineering, development, and operations teams by aligning their requirements and use cases with the functional capabilities of our solutions. As an OpenShift Consultant, you will serve as an important part in bringing together cross-functional teams from Product Engineering, Support, Professional Services, and Sales teams to meet the needs of our most demanding customers
What you will do
Serve as a subject matter expert at the customer site, addressing technical, development, or strategic IT needs
Manage problem identification, system architecture definition, software specification and design, testing, and deployment of open source solutions
Learn new technologies and apply these concepts to customer needs
Adapt to changing customer requirements
Respond to incidents, escalations, and exceptions in a professional manner
What you will bring
Prior experience working directly with enterprise stakeholders on a range of development and deployment projects
Advanced knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform or underlying components like Kubernetes, Docker, or equivalent containers solutions
Knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
Experience implementing system infrastructure and cloud solutions, including data storage, networking, monitoring, and security
Ability to communicate value, progress, and metrics of key projects to required technical and business stakeholders
Ability to study on your own, learn quickly, and put new ideas into practice
Passion for open source, software, tooling, and automation
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and French
Willingness to travel
