Red Hat Emerging Talent - Business Experience Manager - Sales in United States

The Business Experience Manager (BEM) role at Red Hat is to serve as the functional Emerging Talent program manager within the Sales department. While this role sits within the Sales department, this role is intended to be the global owner of emerging talent programs & experiences with their functional area while implementing strategies set by the Emerging Talent Team. The BEM is also the primary liaison between their functional area, including acting as a liaison for hiring managers, and the Emerging Talent Team. Throughout the year, it is also expected that the BEM will partner with the Emerging Talent team on activities related to defining future emerging talent strategies and programs.
What you will do
Provide input to the Emerging Talent (ET) team and HR Business Partners (HRBP) on the business strategy and emerging talent growth needs through participation in annual ET planning meetings.
Attend enablement sessions for allocation of planned new roles across the business
Collaborate with business stakeholders to complete necessary forms to document the role details
Collect data needed to raise job requisitions for recruitment of new roles
Assist with reviewing and approving Emerging Talent Outreach Volunteers from the business
Participate in recruiting activities, as needed, including kick-off meetings and status updates
Identify hiring managers for new roles, provide hiring manager names to ET team
Attend enablement on how to match selected candidates to roles, drive the matching process within the business, and communicate decisions to the ET team
Cascade ET communications to business stakeholders including comms related to:
CLT approved, annual ET growth plans
Decisions regarding placement of new ET roles within the business (allocation decisions)
Deadlines for ET related activities
Announcements related to new ET programs or changes to existing programs
What you will bring
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent influence, facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience with stakeholder management and building relationships
Ability to collaborate with a diverse, global, cross-functional team
People managment experience is preferred
The salary range for this position is $103,290 - $170,500. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
