Red Hat Global Program Marketing Manager: Services Marketing, TAM + Digital in United States

The Global Services Marketing team seeks a Program Marketing Manager to lead strategic planning, marketing implementation, and support function evolution in customer success. Responsible for guiding go-to-market and customer lifecycle strategy for technical account management, overseeing digital presence for all Services offerings comprising of Consulting, Technical Account Management, Training + Certification, and Services partner teams, and supporting marketing strategy for Red Hat Academy, Red Hat Learning Community, Red Hat Workforce Development, and other program offerings focused on talent development. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate information for go-to-market initiatives and cross-promote Services offerings. Manage program offerings focused on talent development, leveraging social media for news sharing and employee advocacy programs. In this role you will work closely with technical account managers (TAM) teams and various marketing functions to develop compelling, thought leadership and customer-focused messaging, and ensure optimal positioning in the market. This role is a unique combination of strategic and tactical product marketing. This role is available for remote work in the US or office flex when a Red Hat office is available at your location.
What you will do
Develop a comprehensive marketing plan to amplify market awareness and drive demand and consumption of offerings
Create concise and compelling core messaging that embodies key features based on research and input from cross-functional teams
Continuously track the success of marketing campaigns to define effectiveness and needed improvements
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to enhance market awareness and drive demand for Red Hat Services offerings.
Conduct research to understand key market trends, personas, and value propositions.
Create concise messaging and collaborate with various marketing functions to integrate messages across channels.
Manage content funnel for services social media and web pages.
Design and deploy tactical marketing campaigns for continual engagement with target audiences.
Establish and maintain cross-functional global relationships with stakeholders.
Measure digital performance and develop best practices for program effectiveness.
What you will bring
4+ years of experience in program or digital marketing, social media, or related marketing role
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
Experience developing strategic and comprehensive marketing plans, including market understanding, marketing strategy, targeted messaging, campaign development, and implementation
Ability to translate program and product information into compelling value propositions, messaging, and impactful content
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to successfully guide projects involving various internal groups and multiple levels of management
Previous experience with Sprout Social is a plus but not required
Solid project management, planning, and organization skills with great attention to detail; ability to take the initiative and deliver projects unsupervised
Motivated, collaborative, and customer-focused
Ability and desire to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced team environment, adapting quickly and succeeding in changing environments
A solid history of metrics-driven marketing to measure effectiveness, continuous improvement, and impact on revenue
The salary range for this position is $74,900 - $119,830. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
